Cumbrae Gym

With our Gym induction numbers getting "close to" 200,  Cumbrae is offering an incentive to encourage new members along to the popular Island gym facility. There will be a  special prize of a heart rate monitor for the lucky 200th person to be inducted into the Gym. Although gym manager Rod cannot divulge the actual numbers he is confident someone will be the 200th lucky person to be inducted imminently. 

Rod says "we are nearly there which just goes to show there is a definite desire to get fitter and healthier on the island." The community Gym continues to be popular and we are now running 1 hour winter circuit classes in the evenings. At this time of year the gym is ideal to help you beat the over indulgencies of the festive season. The classes are open to all, including non gym members,  just turn up on any of the evenings below, cost £4. We look forward to seeing you.
