Accommodation and Catering

Cumbrae welcomes many different groups, on a residential or non-residential basis.

Hungry?

Food is an important element of your stay. We want you to enjoy healthy, filling and delicious meals. You’ll get hungry out on the water!

Breakfast: A cooked breakfast will be offered, as well as cold options like cereal and croissants, and plenty of fruit.

Lunch and Dinner: Typically 3 courses for lunch as well as for dinner. Soup is generally offered as a starter, then a hearty main and tasty dessert. A salad bar is available too.

A Peaceful Stay

The first thing you’ll notice is just how tranquil the island is, setting you up nicely for a great night’s sleep! We can welcome up to 44 guests residentially, within our on-site chalets, and more on a non-residential basis.

One of our chalets has a lounge area and basic kitchen facilities, so this is ideal for self-catering groups, such as dive groups.

Across the water, Inverclyde National Centre in Largs will become the UK’s first inclusive residential sports centre when it opens in spring 2017. This means that ‘Cumbrae’ will have the potential to offer trips to larger groups, with groups being able to stay at both centres.
